Gloucestershire Property Photography: AirBnB shoot in Cheltenham

Commercial property photography in Bristol, Somerset and Gloucestershire.

I provide professional commercial photography for businesses in Bristol, Somerset and the South West. In January I had the pleasure to capture this beautiful AirBnB home outside Cheltenham

Following the build of this stunning property overlooking Cheltenham, my client required some professional images to market the property on AirBnB.

It has been shown that professional photos greatly increase the interest in properties for rent or for sale, and so the cost of professional photography is always a wise investment.

Capturing Design & Space

With my commercial property photography, I am always keen to capture the spaces within a building, and how they are designed to flow into each other.

For this property this was especially important as the whole first floor is a single, stunning living space.

But it’s not just the space that needs capturing; much care and attention has gone into smaller design elements within the property, and I wanted to capture these too.

Drone Photography

Many properties in Somerset and Bristol benefit from some drone photography too, and the position of this home made this an obvious choice. As a qualified drone pilot, I am able to capture aerial shots anywhere in Somerset, Bristol or Gloucestershire, even if there are other buildings nearby, or in a built-up areas such as in Cities.

Drone photography shows not only the overall architectural view of a property, but places it within the context of the surroundings which is really important for buyers to see, and it’s a huge selling point.
